Super Duplex Steel Nuts are made up of about 25% chromium, 7% nickel, 4% molybdenum, and nitrogen, which together provide excellent resistance to corrosion and outstanding mechanical strength. Their duplex structure, featuring both ferritic and austenitic phases, ensures high tensile and yield strength along with superior toughness. These nuts are particularly resistant to pitting, crevice corrosion, and stress corrosion cracking caused by chlorides.
